Horning, 56, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2018 in the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, PA. She was the wife of Raymond H. Horning with whom she was married to for 36 years. She was born in Lebanon on August 11, 1961, a daughter of John Elam and Elizabeth M. Eberly Zimmerman of Lebanon. Sylvia was a member of the Fairview Mennonite Church of the Weaverland Conference.Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are daughter, Sharon Nolt and husband Burnell of Dornsife, PA; grandchildren, Tyler, Lilah, Austin, Ellie, Joash and Dakota; brother, John Zimmerman and wife Laverne of Myerstown; sisters, Doris Hursh and husband Glenn of Denver; Janet Martin and husband Marlin of Lebanon; Ann Martin and husband Earl of Kutztown; Marlene Zimmerman of Lebanon.Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 9:30 AM in Fairview Mennonite Church, 111 Elco Drive, Myerstown, PA.
